Capacity building in Smart and Innovative eNERGY management

Report on Joint Project Proposals and Management Skills Upgrade

One of the key objectives of the SINERGY project is the establishment and development of productive and fruitful long-term cooperation that continues after the project completion. In order to ensure sustainability of the project, in the WP3 framework, the Task 3.3 Joint project proposals preparation and management skills upgrade was implemented.

Smart Energy Management Landscape and SWOT Analysis

Smart Energy Management Landscape and SWOT Analysis

Smart Energy Management refers to a variety of novel concepts and technologies, serving at both energy generation and consumption side, such as energy efficiency, demand management, Smart Grid, micro-grids, renewable energy sources, and other emerging solutions. It represents one of the fastest developing fields, according to the EU priorities, while, at the same time, it remains somewhat neglected in the South-eastern Europe countries.

Data Management Plan

Data Management Plan

This document entitled “Data Management Plan” (DMP) outlines the strategy for data management to be applied throughout the course of the SINERGY project, as well as the actions that will be taken after the SINERGY project ends. It is based on the “Guidelines on Data Management in Horizon 2020” document and follows the FAIR Data management principles.

The mission of SINERGY is to strengthen the existing research capacity and further unlock the innovation potential of the Institute Mihajlo Pupin - IMP (Serbia) in one of the most important research areas of today – Smart Energy Management, turning it into a regional Centre of Excellence in the domain of smart energy management technologies.

Quality Control Plan and Contingency Measures

Quality Control Plan and Contingency Measures

The SINERGY Quality Control Plan (QCP) is established with the goal to ensure that the quality control and risk management requirements are planned appropriately. It defines the internal control procedures (specific for SINERGY, see Section 2), which are also in line with the quality management system adopted by the coordinating organization - the Institute Mihajlo Pupin (ISO 9001 certified).
