Strategic Capacity Development Plan

This document builds upon SINERGY D1.1 “Project Work Plan” and presents a capacity development plan based on the capacity needs of Serbia (see Section 2) and IMP (see Section 3) identified through the assessment of existing resources.

Section 4 presents the education and training components of the project, while Section 5 presents the envisaged innovation capacity building that will allow a faster take-up and transfer of domain knowledge and technologies to IMP staff and IMP’s clients.
