This document outlines the envisioned Dissemination, Communication and Exploitation strategy of the SINERGY project, as well as the specific objectives of dissemination activities until the end of the project. Furthermore, it reports on continuing dissemination activities of the SINERGY project in the first six months. It is a first deliverable of WP6 which is conceived as the marketing work-package of the project, but it also aims at sustaining project activities after the end of the project.
All dissemination and promotional activities in the course of the project will be performed in accordance with Initial schedule of general dissemination and promotion events that was previously specified in project Gantt chart in the Grant Agreement.
Activities are divided into conventional dissemination activities (scientific publications, leaflets, brochures, press releases, road-shows, external workshops and conference participation, etc.) and those that use the SINERGY Web portal means (e-dissemination), enabling:
• two-way interaction with stakeholders and wider audience,
• establishing web-based database of stakeholders,
• discussion forums, blogs, newsgroups,
• partnership brokerage actions,
• e-collaboration tools for joint proposal preparation, etc.
The IMP team has established the SINERGY portal (https://project-sinergy.org/) as a main source of information about the project activities and results. In order to support researchers in spreading information about the project, the PUPIN team prepared general promotion material (leaflet, poster, PowerPoint presentation, templates, etc.) and opened the SINERGY accounts on social media (Twitter, LinkedIn).
In the first six months, the SINERGY researchers prepared the SINERGY session (https://project-sinergy.org/Events/BDA-2021) at the Big Data Analytics Summer School organized by IMP researchers.
