From 9 to 11 May 2023, the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology presented the latest developments and services in the fields of power electronics and smart grids at PCIM in Nuremberg (hall 7, stand 407). PCIM is a leading international exhibition and conference for Power Electronics, Intelligent Motion, Renewable Energy and Energy Management and an international meeting point for the industry.

65th Fair of technics and technical achievements, May 2023

The International Fair of Technics and Technical Achievements is the oldest technical and technological exhibition event in this part of Europe and is specialized in the field of production technologies.Organized for the first time in 1937, this event is a witness of history and the flywheel of development. It has been a member of the International Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (UFI, Paris) since 1957.

Technical Fair begins on the 24th of May

The Technical Holiday, Tuesday the 24th of May, is the day when the 64th International Fair of Technics and Technical Achievements, after a two-year break caused by the global pandemic and geopolitical crisis, welcomes the technical, technological and scientific elite from all world meridians. The Fair will last until the 27th of May.

Intersolar Europe, May 2022

The World's Leading Exhibition for the Solar Industry will take place from May 11–13, 2022, at Messe München. Under the motto “Connecting solar business,” manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, service providers and project planners and developers from around the world meet in Munich to discuss the latest developments and trends, explore innovations firsthand and meet potential new customers.

AIT, on behalf of the SINERGY Consortium, will be present at the event.

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Simulation Method, IEEE PES GM 2021

As scientific dissemination, the activities in the “SINERGY” project with a specific focus on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation methods will be presented at the IEEE PES GM. The PES Task Force “Innovative teaching methods for modern power and energy systems" already approved a 10-15 min slot within the TF meeting in which we will present our indented work. This applies for the TF meetings at the IEEE PES GM 2021 and 2022, respectively.
